Sussex Parish Register Transcripts - Introduction
These publications, in table format, consist of typed and surname indexed transcripts of parish registers and in most cases, variant entries from the surviving Bishop's Transcripts, fully word searchable in Adode Reader.
All our Sussex series transcripts listed here are available on CD. These, and many more (excluding those marked
*(S.F.H.G)), can be searched on line at prtsoc.frontisgroup.com..
To view an entry will require you to register with a user name, password and purchase a few credits. These transcripts can be
found in the East & West Sussex folders under Browse Records.
Volumes marked with *(S.F.H.G.) These items were previously published in microfiche format or A5 Booklet by the Sussex Family History Group and kindly supplied to the P.R.T. Society for scanning and publication as Mini CD's.
