Important Notice - Mini CD Use !

Notice :
With the decline in the use of Microfiche as a viewing medium, the P.R.T. Society has resolved to publish all new material in the form of Pdf files on CD’s.
Existing publications on Microfiche will remain available until existing stocks are exhausted.
All existing publications will eventually be converted to and sold in Pdf format.
To enable us to keep prices and costs to a minimum, the society has resolved to use the smallest and most economical medium to publicise it’s transcripts, this is in the form of the Mini CD, (3½”/80mm), which has less storage capacity, 180MB, compared to 700MB+ for normal CD's.
The use of this type of CD is in all respects identical to a normal size CD except that it is physically smaller, it fits into the standard size CD/DVD drives in the smaller central recess of the drive tray or on the CD drive central spindle on Laptops with retractable CD drive trays. Please be aware that on Laptops with a SLOT TYPE CD Drive, the Mini CD will not fit and are not suitable.
These are supplied in plastic envelopes, not plastic cases and require less postage and packing.
